Dana Jones

Asst. Prof. Dana G. Jones is a proud NCCU School of Law alumna and joined the faculty in August 2022. Not only does she teach Health Law, but she teaches Contracts and Trial Practice, as well. Prof. Jones also coaches and supports the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Boards. Prof. Jones is the owner and managing partner of Dana G. Jones Health Care Associates with offices in Chicago, IL, and Raleigh/Durham, NC. She completed her LL.M in Health Care Policy & Regulation at the Beazley Institute, Loyola University School of Law-Chicago, and is a Mediator and Arbitrator with the American Health Lawyers Association Dispute Resolution Service. She received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing-Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her private practice experience covers health care policy, regulation, compliance, Medicare/Medicaid finance, Antitrust, health plan administration, FDA regulation, health care privacy, technology, and global privacy issues.
